    Regulatory status

    SEBI RA frameworkPublic records

Visibo Capital provides equity research and related educational content in line with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time. Registration details, inspection history, and regulatory communications are published or available through SEBI’s public channels.

No research communication should be read as a promise of return. Where we reference regulation, it is for investor education and does not substitute reading the full statute, circulars, or your own professional advice.

    • Verify our registration and standing on the official SEBI website under the Research Analyst segment.
    • Treat any summary on this page as illustrative; the underlying regulations and circulars prevail in case of inconsistency.

Disclosures in research & public media

    Regulation 17–21 themesMaterial conflicts

Under Chapter III of the RA Regulations, research analysts are expected to make detailed disclosures in research reports and when making recommendations or offering opinions through public media—covering ownership and beneficial interest, material conflicts of interest, compensation from issuers, market-making, directorships, and other items specified by SEBI.

Our published research notes and desk commentaries are prepared with these standards in mind. Where a disclosure item is not applicable, that is stated or implied by context; where it is applicable, it is addressed in the relevant document or supplement.

    • Financial interest of the analyst, entity, associates, or relatives in the subject company, where relevant.
    • Beneficial ownership of 1% or more in the subject company as of the month preceding publication, when applicable.
    • Compensation from the subject company or third parties for investment banking, brokerage, or other services in the prior twelve months, when applicable.
    • Whether the analyst or entity has served as an officer or director of the subject company, or engaged in market making, when applicable.

Conflicts of interest — how we manage them

    PoliciesChinese wallsEscalation

We maintain internal policies to identify conflicts early—such as corporate relationships, personal account dealing, external speaking engagements, or marketing partnerships—and to resolve or disclose them before research reaches clients or the public.

Analysts and editorial staff are expected to escalate potential conflicts to compliance. Research may be withheld, revised, or supplemented with additional disclosure when a conflict cannot be adequately mitigated.

    • Personal trading and outside business activities are governed by internal rules aligned with regulatory expectations.
    • Commercial teams do not determine the substantive conclusion of a research note; price targets and ratings are owned by the research function subject to review.

    Risk factors & limitations

    Market riskLiquidityConcentration

Equity markets involve volatility, liquidity, and event risks. Our research may discuss scenario analysis, historical performance, or peer multiples, but such information is not a forecast of future prices.

Model assumptions, data sources, and rating definitions are described within each report. Investors should read the full note, including risk factors specific to the issuer and sector.

    • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
    • Target prices and recommendations are valid as of the publication date unless expressly updated.
    • Tax, legal, and accounting outcomes depend on individual circumstances—consult qualified professionals.

    SourcesAccuracy

We rely on filings, exchanges, reputed data vendors, and management commentary. While we endeavour to validate key figures, inadvertent errors or delayed corporate actions can occur. Errata will be communicated when material.

Charts, screen captures, or tools shown on our website/app are for illustration; always cross-check figures before making decisions.
